Refund Policy

Digital downloads, e-tickets, screenings, and other virtual products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

We only accept returns on tangible items. To initiate a return, merchandise must be shipped back to:

Once we receive your item, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection to ensure it’s intact and in the same condition as when shipped (minus any delivery-related damage). If everything checks out, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

All non-refundable items (including digital goods, e-tickets, screenings, etc.) are clearly marked at purchase. Nonetheless, we strive to make our customers happy—please reach out to HelpMePicturesLLC@gmail.com so we can explore how to make it right for you.

Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store your full payment details.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive.
